Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because of the nature of our business, most Wonderlane pieces are custom-made specifically for each pre-order. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please double-check your size and order details before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Because production is based on the number of pre-orders we receive, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please make sure you're ready to purchase before submitting your order.

How long do pre-orders take to ship?

Our standard pre-order timeframe is approximately 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please keep in mind that this is an estimated timeframe and production times can occasionally vary. Wonderlane will keep customers informed throughout the process and provide updates regarding production and shipping.

Why does it take 4–6 weeks?

Wonderlane operates primarily through pre-orders, meaning your piece is produced after the pre-order period. This allows us to create limited pieces without overproducing inventory.

Production, quality checks, receiving inventory, packing, and shipping all take time. We appreciate your patience while your order is being made!

Will I receive updates about my order?

Yes! We want you to know what's going on with your order. We will provide updates throughout the production process, especially if there are any changes to the expected shipping timeframe.

What happens if production is delayed?

While we do our best to stay within our estimated timeframe, occasional production or shipping delays can happen that are outside of our control.

If there is a significant delay, we will communicate it and keep customers updated. Transparency is extremely important to us.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated address.

We will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the shipping process.

Can I change the size I ordered?

Because quantities are submitted for production based on pre-orders, size changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible and we will see if a change can still be made.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Can I combine multiple orders?

We cannot guarantee that separately placed orders can be combined. If you placed multiple orders and would like them shipped together, please contact us before they ship and we will see what we can do.

When will I receive tracking?

Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking to update after the carrier receives your package.

Are Wonderlane drops limited?

Yes. Wonderlane pieces are released in limited quantities or for a limited pre-order period. Once a drop closes or sells out, it will not be restocked.

If you don't want to miss a release, we recommend following Wonderlane and signing up for our email or text updates.

What does “pre-order” mean?

A pre-order means you are purchasing an item before it has completed production. Your order helps determine the quantities we produce, and your piece will ship once production is complete and the inventory arrives at Wonderlane.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production and shipping timeframe listed on the product page.
